Hi! I had this problem with a Graphic Card that it did not even projected images at all, but eventually I repaired it by cleaning it quite hard. But after this problem my GPU never goes over the 40% of overall usage when I am playing, but when I tried a few benchmarks it went to a 98%.
I do not think so that it could be a bottlenecking, because before the accident I was playing the same games with a higher FPS perfomance. Now my FPS dropped quite heavily and my GPU is not using its full power at all. It usualy stuck at 40% and never goes higher.
Temperature of the GPU is always about a 40°C and the ventilators are working fine. CPU usage is about a 70%, the same that it was before the accident. I am pretty sure that I am using right drivers.
