My GPU VID usage is at 43 % at idle and the mhz at 980 and the memory mhz at 3500 and my power % at 53 -52 my system specs

If you had this problem and ran shadowplay on your desktop via (preference ->shadowplay ->capture on desktop) enebled disable it and you will be fine
