Question My GPU wont work with my two monitor setup anymore

Last week one of my monitors was no long able to detect the HDMI. I went out bought a new HDMI and it was still reading the same thing. So I switched the ports that the monitors are connected to on the GPU. Now the monitor that wasn't working turns on and the other one doesn't work. I tried to play a League of Legends and I was only getting like 15 fps. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my GPU or is my gnu just messed up and I need to go buy a new one.

First, try your GPU in another system. If that doesn't work, buy a new monitor. If that doesn't help, your GPU is screwed.
Also, please get into more detail on the specs of your computer.
