My graphic card driver causes blue screen error

I tried the solution about "atikmdag.sys" it worked but it destroyed the driver. when i loaded again
blue screen came back . what can i do?

boot into safe mode then uninstall all gpu drivers load back into windows it will be low res and install the latest drivers

i tried that a few times.
when i load the latest version of driver i see blue screen.

blue screen is solved but resolution gets low
