I don't know for sure but, I would try. Set the preferred video card in your mobo bios. Boot with the integrated GPU, might have to set it in IGPU in windows as well. Then plug in your card. Then try to flash your card. I've never done it, but that would be the path I would attempt. When you flash your card always disable your video card driver in device manager first. Turn it back on after the flash then reboot.

I'd look at this.

If you cannot get into windows this might help.

Sorry bud it's beyond me, maybe someone can help you on that Overclockers forum I linked. If all else fails you can sell it on ebay "for parts only". I see most card sell for 3/4 or so the original cost. I've never sold or bought one. And btw you could always try to RMA, idk if they could even tell that you flashed the BIOS.

Did you try to boot with onboard and flash it back to the original?

Yes i did try to boot it with onboard but it says (When flashing back the original Bios) No discrete Graphics found or Adapter not found when i plug it in PC SHUTS DOWN! but i actually found a way to fix it so... thank you all for your time
1: i will insert my GPU in my friend's PC cuz he knows how to fix it
2: i will buy this " CH341A 24X 25X Series EEPROM Flash BIOS USB Programmer Module + SOIC8 Clip On-Board "
