Question My graphic Card is not working

In device manager and GPU-z software, it shows that my GPu is properly connected but whenever I play games it show all reading zero in GPUz. I had checked with other software also but the result is same.

Maybe there is resources that is locked by any game. Maybe a driver issue. Have you tried researching to see if that is a common problem to GPU-Z ?

Did you connect your monitor to the card properly?
1.Try remove all drivers installed, then install again.
2. Take your card out and plug it in another pc to see if the problem persist. If it is, your card might be faulty.

Actually its a laptop I removed driver and intsall latest driver but still not working

May be your card was acting up, have your laptop check at service center is what i would recommend you to do.
