Question My graphic card keep restarting

I'm currently facing a problem where my graphic card restart while playing some games (Dark Souls 3 and GTA V as examples), first everything freezes, then the graphic card restarts after loosing connection with the monitor, game in question permanently and must be removed via taskmaster, the problem is that such problem isn't general, as I can use demanding software, like Unity, and play Dark Souls II without any problem, but also behaves weirdly, as Darkest Dungeon can be played without any problems, but switching to the Butcher Circus game mode causes the same incident. Already installed and updated every driver, visual c++ and other tools, but it persists.

i3-9100F
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6450

check temperature of the GPU while gaming or using furmark

I made a 20min stress test with Furmark on default settings, the temperature stabilized at 75°C and it faced no crashing problem. Also with the games that did crash, no sudden increase on temperature beyond that was detected.
