8GB Radeon RX 580 i broke chip of this graphics card but still its working because i put some tape on it i don't confirmed that the chip is working or not :unsure: I need to know that :rolleyes:
  1. Whats the function of this chip?
  2. What should i do to fix this chip?

Labeled C732, probably just a capacitor.Given the proximity to the 12V input, probably just a filter for spikes/sags on the line. Oddly this might work, though soldering it back on would be best.

I would not recommend powering it up.

Aside from the solder failing, any damage to the part?

If you are not trolling, the problem is MSI does not publish its board components. We would have no way to look up what chip that is. My guess is due to the proximity to the 8 pin power is that it has something to do with power regulation. Tape is not going to fix a component being broken off the PCB. There will be solder points under the chip that allow it to connect to the traces in the PCB. If I had to guess the card will kill it self due to power not being regulated properly. But this is all speculation and educated guessing on my part.
