My Graphics card displaying black screen after shut down

my graphics card not getting detected after shutting down pc i have to plug the monitor plug in the basic video port
i am using Nvidia Silent 210 since last 3-4 years
this problem is getting since last 2 days
any solution for it ?

Can you run it in safe mode? Will it get detected there? Have you tired re-installing drivers using for the card using the basic port?
