Hello,
I am having troubles with my Lenovo y50 Laptop with a GTX 860m graphics card.
I have updated my drivers multiple times, I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I downloaded the lenovo drivers from the link below and still no luck. Whenever I start a game, it would crash and not run. I would get errors like "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 359.06 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Any help would relieve frustration and really help.

I posted a thread a couple days ago about this, but I accidentally picked someone as the answer, even though it didn't solve my problem. Sorry for spamming this website 🙁

Thank you

Solution
Try fresh uninstall with DDU and reinstall the driver from geforce.com
Trust me, it works
It works for me when I Experienced a driver problem after upgrading windows.
The symptoms of my system are same with you.
So just trust me :)

I forgot to update this problem. All I did was back up my important data, and then format my hard drive. After putting everything back onto it, it worked as good as new.. And as I said any sort of fresh uninstall/reinstall did not work for me at all.
