So I have my pc for around 1.5 years and its been working like a charm until 2 days ago when it started being buggy

first my screens turned black for like 10 seconds and all my apps were restarting on my pc. I didnt think much of it and just started my apps again and went on.
Then yesterday it happend again and 30 minutes later again! I think its my graphics card cause every time the pc turns back on I get a notification from amd radeon.
today it happened again and my pc wouldnt turn on automatically again so i turned it off manualy and turned it back on and now my second screen stopped working aswel
I tried staring a game (half life 2 ) and it ran really slow (around 8 fps) which isnt normal cause it normally would run at like 300fps at least.

All my drivers are up to date

I dont know why this is happening , I dont think its overheating cause I don't hear the fans speeding up

My specs are :
graphicscard: msi rx580 8gb
cpu: Intel core i7 6700
ram : 16gb ddr4
psu: 650 watt

here are some screenshots of the errors im getting from games and log files

Solution
Didn’t really get to look at the files, on my phone. But you may use ddu to remove the drivers and then try to revert to the ones right before them.

Also download hwmonitor and take a look at temps. May not be a bad idea to apply a new coat of thermal paste if temps are too high.
