My graphics card is weird?

I payed a shop to biuld me a pc and i gave them my gtx 1060 that i bought from amazon and when i open csgo my two monitors go off and i can still hear sound and i would like to know if its the graphics card the problem or the power supply witch they provided witch is a 585 watt (never heard of 585watt) from "Orion" thanks for any help

Orion units are made by hec are are, well best avoided.

this is why "shops" use them they are cheap as chips.
I would not try gaming unitl that unit is replaced with something better.
