Hello everyone

Recently i installed a new cpu cooler and weirdly enough whenever i shut down my pc for awhile and try starting it i get a back screen after the windows welcome screen when i restart the pc using the physical button windows startup normally and i get an notification that default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure

Now I don't get any errors or crashes when playing games and this issues only begun after i installed that new cpu cooler i have a rx 580 xfx with an i5 4590 an2×8 gb
And i haven't overclocked the gpu.

That sounds like a system restart and shutdown Windows OS issue. Turn off Windows "Fast Startup" in power options setting under Windows control Panel.

Click on Power Options and select 'Choose what the power button does'.

Now, click on 'Change settings that are currently unavailable', and then uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" radio-box. Click on Save changes to save this setting.

I should also mention that i also played a little with the cpu clock and turbo clock's but then set them to normal
