My Graphics Card Not Performing As Before

I randomly was playing on my PC

Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 - Medium 90 FPS

Then suddenly

Low 40 FPS

and this happened in other game too!

Just cause 3 Same FPS but lag and stutter

I need help because this is happening in each game I play

This has never happened before

My Specs

Intel Core i7 7700
Nvidia GTX 1080 8GB
16GB 2133MHz DDR4 RAM
240GB SSD
2TB SATA III HDD
600W 80 Plus Rated PSU

Also, I forgot Dying Light Max settings 140FPS

now constant drops below 40 and 50 sometimes even 30

Nope,

I've had the GTX 1080 for a few days AKA (3) Days and I was getting better performance than the 980 but for 3 days and now my 1080 is acting like a GTX 460 and performance is $h!t

btw yes I was meant to wait a month but I said ok ill just buy it now
