My PC has been doing this lately after I installed a SATA drive on my PC. It gives me an error in Reliability History with "LiveKernelEvent" with error code 141. and it disappears from the system and only boots to the internal integrated GPU

I have already installed the latest driver and the previous driver and still does the same thing. The only way I can fix it is to turn off my PC and turn it back on.

Core i5 3470
GTX 560
Corsair VS450
Asus H61M-E
4 Fans
3 Hard Drives
1 SSD

And if you remove that drive from the system does it work normally again? If yes, then you may have a bad drive, drive cable or SATA slot. Could be the power supply also, the VS model is not a very good quality one.

No it doesn't, it also black screens.

My PSU is one of the reputable models (a.k.a the Corsair VS450 Gray. not orange)
