I recently got a Radeon HD 7870 graphics card, and it wont fit in my case. It looks like the problem is a couple of wires that are in the way. I'm completely out of money, so the cheapest fix for this would be the best.

Here's some pictures of everything

The two red cables are in the way of the plastic cover of the graphics card, so I'm hoping all that I will need to do is cut part of it away. I don't really know how to do that though.

Hello problematicman,

Simply buy Two Sata data cables with a forty five degree angle end on them, there shorter in height.
And the card fitted into the pci-e card slot should fit perfect clearing the Sata connector cable.
The card will then sit flush. 99p from here. check the length of the cable is enough though, with your existing ones being used.

Or search E-bay for a Pci-e riser cable my friend, if you have enough slots for mounting and securing the card with the Riser cable on it...

The 45 angle Sata cables should sort the problem out though.
