Upon boot into windows my GPU fans will not spin. Under load im reaching 100C Current temps and 120+ Junction temps. However a quick change in settings in AMD tuning boots them back up. I just click on default then click Auto OC in , before i remedy this it reads fans at 65550rpm when they arent spinning at all. After i change setting they reture to normal but i have to do this on most boots any hard turnoff/system faliure.
i didint notice this that much before upgrading to Ryzen due to my CPU bottlneck (intel i5 6600 with stock cooler)

My PC specs are:
XFX 5700XT
Ryzen 5800 (Cooled via 360mm EK AIO)
Corsair RM850
MSI Tomahawk X570 WiFi
32GB of hyperX 3600mhz 17CL DDR4

I’m not sure how AMD’s software control works for GPU but if it’s possible to uninstall it too see maybe the software is messing up with your gpus fan curve. If not you can maybe try RMA it if possible.

“it reads fans at 65550rpm when they arent spinning at all.”

kind of sounds like a faulty fan or sensor idk.
