Question My green led signals boot device missing or faulty. Why?

Im building a pc but the motherboards leds signal that the boot device has a issue. Im currently using two boot devices, a ssd and a harddrive, both are connect by sata and are connected to the psu. Whats wrong.

Im using fractal meshify c
Rog strix b550-f gaming
Ryzen 5 3600
Msi gaming rx 5700 xt
Barracuda terabyte harddrive
Adata 512gb ssd

test with only the os drive connected

It wouldn't recognize the drives because of windows. No display was because my pc doesn't have integrated graphics so I had to plug in through gpu and install windows. PC's working fine now
