But I haven't used TM50 in Colosseum yet, should I use it on Groudon so
it can learn the move it forgot or should I leave that TM as it is, or
giving Over-heat to Golem that will be in my future Colosseum team!
This is the last chance, the Over-Heat in FireRed did I use on Moltress
to save me in beating my rival, tell me, ok? This is my last chance!

What does Eruption do again? I know Overheat lowers your Special Attack
rating each time you use it, but I forget what Eruption does. Is that
the one that gets weaker when you are low on health?

Yes, that's right! But maybe I should let a move re-learner re-teach my
Groudon Fire Blast?

Well, you're right, then my Groudon's HP is really low, even these with
4x weakness of fire (like Scizor) can survive.

I can only think of one technique with that functionality, but I don't
think it prevents you from doing it to yourself.

Yeah, I tried using Overheat on my Torkoal in Ruby hoping that White Smoke
would stop the Stat loss but it didn't, if that's what you mean. I don't
remember any actual moves that prevent Stat loss. I saved before I used it,
though, so I could get back the TM if it didn't work. :)

Actually, I was thinking of Safe Guard.

Haze returns all stats to normal
Mist prevents stat reduction

The held item White Herb returns stats to normal

No, Safeguard prevents *status* changes, like poison/sleep/etc. Mist
prevents enemy Pokemon from lowering your stats, but I don't know if it
works on Overheat or not.
