Question my gta keeps crashing

So I recently overclocked my card and it was fine but it started crashing my games. I then pressed the refresh button to go back to my old settings but it only crashes gta now. I go onto gta and after the police screen screen goes off i am greeted with a black screen and it doesnt load anything it just crashes my game. I tried uninstalling it but that didnt work and then i tried rebooting my pc but that also didnt work. i am just trying to play gta 5

Switch DirectX modes.
if you are using DX 10 in gta,use 11,and vice versa.
Also update your GPU drivers if they are not already updated.
What are the temps?

how can i change that if i cant enter gta and my temps are around 50
i also just installed new drivers today they gta was good until i overclocked my gpu

So u sure u reseted the overclock settings back to normal?

its still crashing i have tried everything but i have not reseted the bios because i dont know how

Take out the cmos battery,wait 20 seconds,put it back in.

Every time i load up gta it says ERR_STR_PACK_2 how do i get my gta working again and also i have tried reinstalling it didnt work. The first time I overclocked my gpu my games wouldnt even load so then i reset my settings in msi afterburner back to normal and all my games worked except gta. When i started it up it would run but crash after the rockstar logo and the sirens went off. It froze my screen.
