My GTA V Is not working HELP PLEASE

Hello I have recently tried to load up GTA V, but whenever I load it up it says 'dependency readwrite.dll is missing please re-install the game' I have re-installed it twice I have downloaded the windows KN and N packages and Verify integrity of game cache. After all of these tedious steps it is still not working. Can anyone please help me

OK I went and downloaded this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53356 restarted my pc and it worked must have been downloading the wrong thing
