[SOLVED] My gtx 560 got bottlenecked I think

I recently put a gigabyte gtx 560 in my oem system with a core 2 duo e7400 but when I try to boot it up my screen flickers black and green

That's not a bottleneck. Thats usually a bad gpu or bad drivers or incorrect resolution setting.

Sometimes resetting bios/cmos can help, sometimes you'll need to remove the drivers totally with DDU (guru3d.com) and dl a clean set. If all that fails, chances are that used card is a dud.
