my GTX 650Ti not working.PSU is Gygabyte GE-C420A-C2

My graphics card Geforce GTX 650Ti is not working .my PSU is gygabyte GE-420A-C2. When i connect display shows onlynblack screen. There is nothing happening in graphic card when switch on the power of PC.

i7 3770k @3.9
16 gb ram 8x2
1tb hardndisk
1 dvd writer

Did you set the PEG to be initalized first int he bios and/or disabled the integrated GPU?

i didnt do anything in Bios, and integrated GPU.
Monitor is working only in integrated GPU

today i open the Cover and noticed that the Graphic card fan is spinning, that means there is enough power.So it is not related to power issue
