My gtx 660 ti freeze on start up Can't do anything !

MY new build
Fx 8350
Assus m5a97 r2.0
Trancend 1333mhz 4 gb
corsair cx600
Zotac 660 ti

it worked fine for a day and the next day the problem started ...
And my screen freezed at the bios ...
and i dont know what to do ...
i checked my 660 ti in warranty centre there it works perfectly ...
and i used another graphic card 5450 it works smothly with my mobo
so i am helpless now ... what would be the reason !
please help me ... am out of ideas

How old is the CX 600 ?

You cannot compare the 5450 because it is a WIMP!

Boot to windows failure is a dead common sign the power supply is failing.

Not happening with the 5450 shows the new card is too much for the old power supply.,..(1 day in)
Buy an xfx 550 watt pro core.
Watson, we didnt leave Baker Street to solve that one.

You need a new power supply!! xfx 550 watts pro core is good. .

but i switched my graphic card to secondary pci slot and now it works perfectly ...
with same build of mine ...
