It's read only, and i can't format it, i don't care about the data on it, i want it back to normal.

Once a USB pen-drive starts misbehaving it's best to simply bin it and buy a new one, especially in view of their relatively low price.
Recommend you buy a a mainstream brand such as Sandisk, Kingston, Integral etc. as they've never let me down.
