Question My hard disk is sata 3 but on my hard sentinel say sata 2 3gb

I have a problem with my hard drive.
My hard drive is hitachi https://www.servers4less.com/storage/hard-drives/hitachi-h2t5003272s7. On my pc i have a ssd su600 120gb and this hard drive. But my information on hard disk sentinel say S-ATA II. Who is the problem. In the site the hard disk is sata 3, 6gbs, 7200rpm , 32mb cache. Why in my pc say sata II. MY mobo is msi z370 gaming pro carbon. (No ac)

Are you using an old SATA cable? Try switching SATA cables to see if that fixes the problem.

I have the same sata cable on my ssd. ( 2 sata cable they came with my mobo)

If you have Hard Disk Sentinel open go to the "Information" tab and scroll down to "Disk Information > Disk Interface" and "Buffer-Host Max. Rate". What speed do they say?

Maybe the cable dont have a good contact on my hard or in my sata port on my mobo. My mobo dosent have sata 2 port just sata 3

Does Hard Disk Sentinel list your "Hard Disk Model ID"?

Can you copy and paste CrystalDiskInfo's Identify Device data (use the Text Copy function)? The Identify Device data block will report the SATA modes that are supported by the drive.

Exactly what i was looking to see too. The GUI shows the Max supported and the current mode LoL
