[SOLVED] My Hard drive can only recieve files, it can't send files to another storage

I had a problem with an incredibly slow boot up, and i tried reinstalling my windows. So before reinstalling, i planned to backup my data, i tried copying my files to another hdd, but it was too slow (about 300kb/s). And to make sure i tried copying files from another hdd to my hdd, it went fine, it seems like my hdd can only recieve files, it can't send files to another storage (it can, but incredibly slow)

That was exactly the problem, backing up the data takes too long... and i've also tried scanning the hdd, it was also too slow (it said 4 hours remaining, but it becomes longer the more you wait)

i guess so, it's about 4 years old anyways
