my hard drive completely deleted, how can I restore my acer laptop?

My laptop started to have problems in operation, I thought I can restore to factory sitting by making recovery partition active. By mistake the whole disk was deleted and reformated. How can I get my system back

If it's (re) formatted then its gone - forever.

If the drive is wiped now, you need to either contact the laptop vendor for a restore disk or use an OEM Vista disk to do a clean setup. If you use your own Vista disk, you will need to load the drivers and activate Windows with the key on the laptop.
