My Disk is geting around 5% now to 40% spikes now after I went to the optimize driver software and optimized the OS (C.

Does the software usually fix errors or could I still have errors?

As you can see, defragmenter is running. High disk usage during defragmentation process is normal. Wait until it finishes.
You should configure defragmenter also, if you haven't done it.
SSD drives should be excluded from defragmentation.

Defragmenter wasn't running when I initially had the problem, could it be possible the software already fixed the issue?

Did you know, you can just Alt+PrintScreen and paste into Paint to get a screenshot?

Health of that drive is fine. I don't see any problem there.
