My Hard Drive won't show or read

I just installed a new TB HD but it won't show up on my computer? I am using a SATA port and the TB HD shows up on the device manager. As soon as I started the computer up my computer notified me that the TB HD driver was installed correctly. I have a 500 GB HD and a 80 GB SSD in addition to the TB HD. Everything except the TB HD show up so I'm really confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management.

If it is installed correctly, it should appear here and be ready to populate and partition.

Oh, and to do so, right click on the "Unallocated Space" on the drive. Should be options there. From that point on, you're gravy baby!
