Question My hashrate for my 3060ti is lower than expected. Any tips?

I recently tried mining on my gaming rig and found out that my hashrate is significantly lower than the expected hash rate for a 3060ti (60MH/s). The settings that I listed below give me only around 40MH/s, and if I try to decrease the mem clock, the hashrate will only decrease.

Specs:
GPU: Gigabyte 3060ti Eagle 8GB OC (rev1.0)
Mobo: Msi B450 Pro Carbon Max Wifi
OS: Windows 10
Miner: Phoenix miner

Settings:
-300 core clock
+1500 mem clock
65% power limit

Any kind of help is appreciated, thanks!

Phoenix Miner from the following website?

https://phoenixminer.org/documentation/features/#requirements

Full hardware specs?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

RAM & RAM configuration?

CPU?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?
I downloaded the latest version of Phoenix Miner from this website:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2647654.0

I also tried the T-rex miner and got similar hashrates.

PSU: 750W Cooler Master MWE gold (it is only around 4months old)
RAM: 2x8GB CL16 3600Mhz
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Disk Drive: Sandisk 1TB SSD 3D Ultra (with 395GB of free space)

Run Resource Monitor and Task Manager to observe system performance. Use both but only one at a time. Run as admin.

First while not mining - let the system stabilize and just observe system performance for awhile.

Then launch the miner while continuing to observe.

What, if anything, changes?

It may take a bit of trial and error to get a sense of the tools and how to set up the windows to watch what is happening.

Then go through the process again as you experiment with the settings.
