My HDD became a hidden OEM HDD

Hi guys! As the title says it happened! 🙁

I used to have a Vista Home Basic installed on my pc then I upgraded to win7 ultimate.

I did a fresh install on my drive where my vista was used to be installed.

Now after the install my usable drive was gone.
I have 3 HDD's installed and all of them are functioning 1 of them is a PATA and the rest is SATA. Back then all the drives are usable, 1 of my drives have 2 partitions so it would show 4 drives on my computer.

NOTE: I used to have files on that drive so if there's a way to recover it without having to format please inform me but otherwise then so be it, i just want to use it again.

Looks like it just needs to be assigned a drive letter. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/265764-14-guide-installed-disk-system

Thanks man but that would've been easy and I would've done that earlier. You see there's nothing much I could to there but to click 4 options.

I tried uninstalling the driver then re-scan the device for the drivers to re-install. Other than that *sigh*

Looks like the partition table is corrupt.
I use testdisk (http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk) to search and recover the partition table.
It's a free tool. It is a bit scary to use though so it's not really for beginners.
You can try disk internals partition recovery instead, but I think that one doesn't actually do the job until it's paid for. try it out though and see if it works.
