my hdd boots up my pc really quick

so i bought a pc a couple years back. nothing special. but my main focus point is the boot time. it has a hdd and fast boot is off yet still im getting snappy boot times. 10 to 15 seconds and games take no longer than 30 sec. is there any logical explanation as to why this is happening?.

is it an SSHD, solid state hybrid drive?
some hard drive have SSD's built on to them and cache the drives hot data there.

why you put this question on , is it because you say 10 seconds is bad and you want other users to feel inferior , I have 3 ssd with a boot up of 17 seconds and with only sound drivers in msconfig , is this a question or are you just boasting about how fast you THINK your pc is.
