My HDD Have a noise that sounds like a bucket of loose nails

Hi, sorry for my Engrish

My old Seagate Barracuda ST380011A 80Gb sounds like a bucket of loose nails and works very slow sometimes.
It begun half year ago.

Why is it have this noise.
Can I fix it or not?

You'd be better off getting a new one asap before you lose your data. It must be 10 years old by now and being a mechanical component, it's exposed to wear and tear over the time.
