If there is anything important on the disk you might want to copy it out before you try any fix action.

Once you have everything copied clone out and clone back.

See what the results are.

It's just 4 pending sectors. Doesn't mean, they are bad.

You can resolve them with Victoria software - scan with remap option.

Hello, if I already use Victoria, but it tells me that there are 16 sectors with errors in blue and 2 in red, but it does not repair them, my question is: when cloning the disk to a new one, are the errors copied?

Perform scan again.
This time make sure, you have selected "Remap" checkbox.

If you still have pending sectors, cloning may fail.
