My HDD is reading slow after new PSU

hi, today bought a brand new PSU be quiet! system power 9 80 PLUS bronze for my GPU RX 470 8GB and after i installed it my HDD is reading slower... any solutions ?
Specs:
MOBO gigabyte b85-hd3-a
cpu: intel i5-4460

500W and i noticed it because i saw how my cars in FH4 are loading when i want to change it and my game is lag spikening really hard but i dont have any pictures
