Specs are:

💾OS: Windows 10 Home
💾CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz 4c/4t
💾GPU: ASUS Ceberus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050TI 4GB GDDR5
💾RAM: Corsair Vengance LPX 2x8GB (16GB) DDR4 RAM 2400MHz
💾MoBo: Gigabyte A320M-S2H (AM4)
💾HDD: TOSHIBA P300 1TB
💾SSD: Kingston A400 120GB
💾SSD 2: Crucial BX 500 120 GB
💾PSU: Coolermaster Masterwatt lite 500 (500 Watt)

I bought myself the above listed PSU and right after I installed it in my system my HDD started spinning faster, its also spinning constantly at the same speed judging from the sound.

Simple. The drive is definitely NOT spinning faster. If it were you'd be seeing massive numbers of read errors. The spindle speed is highly regulated within a very small range.
