My hdd led goes on and a loud buzzing noize

So i just built my pc yesterday, it was working fine until this morning i turned it on and a loud buzzing noise and a red light (hdd activity) turned on on my case (deepcool tesseract bf). I figured out that it's my speaker attached to the mobo that is making the noise. I'm not even sure if my hdd is working. Could someone tell me how to fix it?

The red led on the front of my case goes on for like ten seconds and then it shuts off but the buzzer keeps on going

Does it POST? Is there any weird clicking/grinding/squealing noises coming from the HDD? Also, reverse the connector orientation on the buzzer. That red light that comes on, then goes off is the HDD starting up, then mounting. When the light goes off, there is no HDD activity.
