My HDD seems to boot really quick. Any reasons why?

I wanted to know why my computer boots so fast. It has a HDD and no joke it starts up in 10 secs or less. I'm not kidding and applications like games take around 30 not that it's good at it anyways. I was just wondering why this is the case. I haven't tweaked with it since I bought it A couple years back. If anyone has an explanation to this lucky mishap that would be great. (Unless it's normal. In which I sound like a total noob) I'm running Windows 10. Even without quick boot the results are the same

How many startup programs do you have ? Those are mostly ones that slow down BOOT time.
