Question My hdd(segate barracuda 1tb) (new)didn't got recognised by my pc.

Hey I guys just build my new and first pc got everything up and running installed windows to. I have two drives attached one ssd and other one is 1tb hdd. When I got to the desktop and opened disk management my hdd didn't show only the ssd was there it shows disk 1 unknown not initialised and I tried to initialise it. it says a device which does not exist was tried to be specified. What should I do now? Pls help.

Note* when I unplug my hdd my pc stops showing disk 1 but when unplug it back it shows disk 1 .
