My HDMI TV randomly disconnecting from my PC

I use TV like a monitor (main monitor) through HDMI but in random moments it disconnects from pc or pc from tv i'm not sure.
And i need wait sometimes 10 seconds or even more to unplug and plug it back again to make it work again, also checked if something isn't broken and everything seems work. (yes i tried use different ports and nothing changed)

Did you try changing the hdmi cable? Sometimes cable is faulty and causes all sorts of problems.
