[SOLVED] My headphones are not being detected by windows

Ive tried with both front panel and rear panel audio ports. None of the show my headphones as an option. When i go to audio devices in settings, it says its not plugged in. Im running WIndows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As I wrote on another thread with the same question, I actually solved this problem by essentially "rebooting my drivers." The problem seems to lie within an error caused by Realtek not identifying your device whatsoever. I'll include a tutorial down below, and it just so happened to work for me. Best of luck!

Enter Device Manager
Right click on the driver marked "Realtek(R)Audio" and select "Update Driver"
Select "Browse My Computer For Driver Software"
Select "Let Me Pick From A List Of Available Drivers"
Select "High Definition Audio Device" and press next
Select "Yes" on the popup and restart your computer.

This should fix any issues you've been having, or at least it did for me. Once again, best of luck!
