Question My headphones don't produce any sound ?

Hey all, I need help, I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my headphones. They work completely fine on other computers, but on this computer only the built in microphone works, the actual headphones don't produce any sound at all. What could be the problem ?

I've tried different jacks and I've also ensured that I've got the correct output device selected. Thanks for your help!
