My headphones stop working and i have to replug them

Hello. So i bought razer headphones. I have the electra v2. So sometimes when iam skyping or playing a game. The headphones will stop working ( both mic and sound ).

i will have to replug them on order to make them work again. Any help will be appreciated.

I also have windows 10 and the headphone is connected with usb

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers? Start there.

Are you using a USB headset or are you plugging in through the audio ports? If it's a USB problem then it sounds like it could be your USB drivers. Try reinstalling those.

I have usb. i uninstalled them and then windows 10 installed them again.
