[SOLVED] My Headset is not working

I got a Razer Kraken Pro 7.1 V2 Today and I went to plug it in and it seems to work but it keeps going in and out and sometimes out of nowhere it will just stop playing sound Im really new with Razer products I dont know really what how I set them up

Is it used? I had this happen to me with another pair of razers if it still has a warranty just RMA it or contacts razer.

It is used got it off of ebay should I return it and just get a new one?

Unfortunately, it says no returns but you could probably use the money-back guarantee and get something new, I think the Corsair Arctis is a pretty good value as from personal experience Razer tend to be overpriced and bad quality.
