My headset mic works but I cant hear any audio??

I have the Turtle Beach x31 and the PC Chat Adapter cable. So I plug them in through the front ports and I see my mic works but no audio comes through. I've tried plugging them into the rear ports and still only the mic works.

I've tried going into my audio manager and the Realtek Manager but I still haven't found a solution. Also I'm on windows 7 if that's needed.

Try plugging the audio and mic jack directly into the back of the PC.
Also check if the headset is set as the default device by right clicking on the speaker on the bottom right and clicking playback devices.
