MERGED QUESTION
Question from anjuva : "have a brandnew latest technology Pc and it is too slow"

i have solved that problem by exchanging the SSD from Samasung with the Pro version. But we found out, that two rams sticks had defects, and that one slot of the motherboard does not work. can anyone recommend, which other motherboard could be more compatible for this configuration?

can anyone advise me, if there is some incompatability between these parts. we exchanged the SSD to the pro version, now datatransfer is fast enough (about two GBt per seconds, previously it was up to 100 times slower!) then we discovered that two Rams had defects and recently some defective connection to an internal hardrive was found. Previously one of the thre monitors brocke dow, can it be, that there is some incompatability between this configuration, that causes all these problems or even damages some of its parts? since the mainboard has some defect -eventhough minor, because connectimg the dissappearing harddrive to a different slot in the motherboard has solved the problem and the internal Hardrive mounts again- we still consider to exchange the mainboard. has anyone a suggestion, which could be a better alternative for a motherboard more compatible with this configuration. This was configured by a company in Italy, which has never build such a Pc, and maybe they where not aware of the problems, which could arise due to conflicting parts. The Pc works now, but it seems still too slow for such a strong machiene. Fotoshop still need up to 10 seconds ore more to start, and in a new system it could open within 1-2 secnds. we need some advise by an expert. Thanks for your help. (I was not fallowing this thread for a while, because i could not enter my text. seems ok now.

correction: the malfunktion of the slot was a connection on the motherboard. We have connected the internal harddisc to another slot and now it works. But we feel insecure to keep a motherboard , even if it has some minor defect. what would you advise? takeit easy as long as it works or exchange the motherboard: would you recomment to stay with "Gigabyte GA-X299 AORUS" (bought nov 2017) or would you advise to exchange it with something better? which motherboard would be best with least risk for conflicts with this configuration?
