my house don't have a cable plugin, can I still get internet off of my router

Can I do it without a cable wire or do I have to buy one

Depends on your router.

If your router has wifi, then yes, along with a wifi card in your pc.

Or... you can get Ethernet cables perhaps 100" long if you have a place to lay it.
