Question My hp laptop booting weird

So I forgot my password to my hp laptop and then i figured i didnt need anything on the computer because i havent used it in so long so i tryed to reset it . while reseting i accidently knocked the cord out the laptop. so it turned off now everytime
i turn it on it turns on shows the hp logo then turns off and then turns back on and shows the hp logo then turns off

Can you go into BIOS? Speaking of which, what is the model for your HP laptop? You should be able to get into BIOS using the F10 key or the ESC key.
