My hp laptop finished battery while watching a movie. I shut it down by pressing the power button.. on the next day,i charged

f8,f9 esc. All not functioning, instead blue screen of death is repeatedly showing.

Is it just a blank screen that is blue, or is there an error? And if there is an error, what is it.
